With the release of Apple’s latest versions of the iPod Nano, Classic and Touch, A.B. Sutton, purveyor of bespoke leather goods, has updated their product line to accommodate these new sizes. In keeping with previous designs, the new line of cases are made to order and made to last. Designed to be minimal but easily dressed up, a customer is able to choose from over 50 leather colors and upward of 70 silk fabrics for linings and decorative elements, including monograms.
Customer requests are taken seriously, and if they are feasible and sensible, Anna and Jack do what they can to make such requests a reality. Because of customer demand, A.B. Sutton has begun offering its felt slips as stand alone products for individual sale. Usually included as a courtesy with the order of a leather case, the felt slips were designed to provide protection and piece of mind during the standard 2 -3 week wait. The slip style cases come in sizes for all current iPod and iPhone models. They are available in the standard black wool felt or in a new design which encases the felt in a colorful woven silk. No need to wait, stylish and affordable, they offer an eye-catching alternative to the more generic fabric socks and slips out there.
For the past five years, Anna and Jack Featherly, under the name A.B. Sutton, have been designing and making artisinal leather goods for a small but dedicated clientele. Every piece is crafted with tremendous care by hand in the up-state New York A.B. Sutton studio.
