SKANDINAVISK was launched early last year (2013) by Shaun and Gerry two Englishmen who fell in love with two blonde Scandinavian girls fifteen years ago and never left. Nice start to describe a company! They have spent most of their time there in Scandinavia, living and travelling across the region; during this time they gradually fell in love with the Scandinavian way of life and decided to launch SKANDINAVISK, an homage to the Scandinavia they have observed, participate in and admire.
Scandinavians burn more candles and drink more coffee than any nations on earth, maybe that’s why SKANDINAVISK candles are – whether scented or simply plain – simply beautiful, with a unique colour, scent, light and warmth of the flickering candle flame. They also have added a series of handmade porcelain cups and plates for your daily coffee ritual with friends, family or colleagues.
