Work in progress in Marni.
After the acquisition by Otb of Renzo Rosso, Diesel founder, the Italian brand seems to be ready to grow.
The first step has been to buy a 1000 square meters of showroom in Milan, inside a 20s factory and where for many years a club has been moving the local nightlife.
Opened just for the Milan design week, with “100 sedie” project, in collaboration with Dipartimento Educazione Castello di Rivoli contemporary art museum, an installation of city parlours.
The renovation maintained the old structures, giving a beautiful industrial atmosphere.
This space will be used for fashion shows, collection presentations, showroom and all other future special events of the maison.
Great idea, considering all the beautiful spaces in Milan, most of them empty and unused since ages without any reason.
